Bridge Interactive has announced that bridgeMLS is bringing Bridge Interactive’s add-and-edit system, Bridge Listing Input, to its subscribers. The solution allows for the upload of an unlimited number of high-resolution photos that can be rescaled to the size required by the MLS. Bridge Listing Input also ensures compliance with the MLS’ business rules for listing data.
“We are very excited to be working with bridgeMLS to offer their participants a rich and streamlined listing add-and-edit interface,” says Turan Tekin, director of MLS and Industry Development at Zillow Group, owner of Bridge Interactive. “Bridge Listing Input enables high-quality listing creation that will allow bridgeMLS subscribers to create high-quality listings with high-resolution images on the device most convenient for them.”
“It is extremely important for bridgeMLS to provide leading technology solutions to our participants,” says Gustavo Rodriguez, COO of bridgeMLS. “Bridge Listing Input provides a better tool to add and edit listings using a modern interface. There is simply no one else offering a solution like this.”
“By offering Bridge Listing Input to our subscribers, we are removing the challenges often associated with creating listings that attract consumers,” says DaVina Lara, CEO of bridgeMLS. “This brings our participants to the forefront of add-and-edit listing technology. Now our subscribers will be able to create the highest-quality listings along with images on the device of their choosing.”
Bridge Listing Input and bridgeMLS are different entities; bridgeMLS serves Northern California and the Bay Area.
